Our experience at the resort started off on a very disappointing note due to room issues, but we later found some positives in the staff and facilities. The challenges we faced with our accommodations really overshadowed what could have been a great vacation. It's a mixed bag overall, with notable service from some staff and decent facilities that unfortunately didn’t make up for the initial frustrations.
